NFAA 2007 Race Format

MSA Sanctioned Events & NSRA Races

Qualifying runs shall be made by all Teams, for which Championship

Points will be allocated.

There will be no Elimination rounds.

For each round, pairings will be allocated on the basis of the closest matching E.T.s, to ensure side-by-side passes.

Each Teams points will be totalled at the end of the penultimate round.

The two/four Teams with the lowest aggregate E.T.s will be designated to run as ‘Finals’, at the end of the final round, or as part of the events finals.

Teams that are not in the ‘Finals’ will run their final round as normal,

where this is allowed by the Track, if not, the ‘Finals’ will be confined to the two/four Teams only.

The two teams with the lowest ET’s that compete in the ‘Finals’ may be awarded trophies and/or prize money – this will be decided and notified just prior to the event.

The Series placing for the first, second and third places, at the end of the race season, will be those Teams with the highest points totals.
